My “very strong clashing opinion” is that in my entire Linux “career” I’ve only ever seen Bluetooth work like once and that was on a pi knockoff that was loaded with who knows what kind of junk from the manufacturers website. I could barely believe my eyes. Bluetooth on Linux that I didn’t even have to work really hard for. So it CAN work after all.
Im not saying Bluetooth works any more reliably on other stuff though. Windows, my car, the ipod I had as a kid, every Bluetooth speaker half the time, it’s always shit.
