      But you absolutely can refuse to follow unlawful orders and these fucks got orders to deploy against Americans and opted to go along with it. That’s treason.

      These National Guard may not be villains (yet) but they certainly aren’t ‘heroes’ like members of the military like to be portrayed. They absolutely could stand on principal and refuse deployment. They would face a court martial but heroes do what is right regardless of the potential consequences.

        If they follow their deployment, then they have the opportunity to refuse unlawful orders. Or even just do a shit job at following them “Sorry sarg, couldn’t find any brown people today. Looked everywhere.”

        Refusing to go at all just ensures that people who don’t object to the orders are the ones who go.
