Is there a Browser which can install PWAs and open links from the PWA in other/default Browser?

How? I’m using Samsung Internet and wefwef, I don’t get the install as an app icon that normally appears in the address bar - nothing in that menu either.

There’s an arrow next to the site name that installs it Or you can, inside wefwef, click on settings and install app

I use the Kiwi Browser for that. Open source browser with addon support. Is Chromium-based tho.

PWAs don’t work correctly in non-Chromium browsers. Firefox does not officially support them.

But Kiwi doesn’t open links from PWAs in default Browser, so no solution for me

That is the case for every PWA from every browser afaik.

Both Firefox and Kiwi PWA seem go ignore your default browser selection

Just checked on the Chrome PWA. It looks like links open in Chrome even though my default browser is DuckDuckGo.

On Firefox it works if you change the settings, but unfortunately i don’t know any Chromium browser with that feature.

It indeed works, but Firefox and derivatives are really slow on my phone :x

I just tested it in Firefox and it opens links in Firefox even though Chrome is my default browser.

In settings there is “open links in apps”. If you change this links are indeed open in the default browser
