Summary

Elon Musk’s America PAC is offering $100 to registered voters who sign a petition opposing “activist judges” ahead of Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election on April 1st.

The legality of this tactic is debated, as it doesn’t mandate voting but requires voter registration.

The race pits conservative Brad Schimel, backed by Musk’s $14 million, against liberal Judge Susan Crawford, with liberals aiming to retain a 4-3 majority.

Musk’s support also ties to Tesla’s lawsuit against Wisconsin’s dealership ban.

The only way something like that would realistically happen is with a lot of social engineering. Which means getting close to muskrat for a while. So, not gonna happen.

While Musk is a total moron, he’s a paranoid moron. It would take getting his trust and then finding a way to spoof his personal cellphone or get into his phone.

He’s paranoid because he’s trying to be a dictator, all dictators are inherently and justly paranoid that someone is out for them.

I think if someone hacks into Musk, its going to be more social engineering than technical, and that might be a while unless someone has been doing a very long operation. I’ll be happy however if it turns out he has the worst possible password/2fa methods possible.
