Chinese Cooking Demystified is one of the best English language Chinese cooking channels. They do a great job explaining how to make Chinese food and also provide alternative ingredients
It’s also really fun to scream AA

May just be bias from my experience, but a lot of back end stuff is cloud now. I had to learn how to design, deploy, and maintain Azure resources. Programming is still in C#, but now I have to give extra considerations into the limitations and abilities of Azure Function Apps. To me, it’s like a puzzle. How can I design a system to best achieve what the company needs done? Do I use Cosmos DB, Storage Tables, SQL? Every step of the cloud infrastructure design is up to me.
The last part of you post is pretty true though, lots of desktop apps now are just web wrappers. Stuff like Discord, Spotify, Etcher to name a few.
Apparently the Romanian police were already on him before he started beef with Greta. Still hilarious how it lined up.
Yeah, I cook rice so often I can’t be assed to do it any other way.
Calrose rice, sometimes add 1/2 cup of brown rice for a total of 3 cups. Wash until water is clear. Put in rice cooker and press cook button :)
If I want it to smell really nice I put in either a bay leaf or star anise.
Obsidian is what I use mostly, it syncs great with syncthing across all my devices. It doesn’t have drawing support, so whenever I need to doodle something I end up in samsung notes again.
My base miso soup is made up of just Tofu, Seaweed, Miso paste, and Hondashi.
I usually mix in some cubed salmon because it’s really easy to just throw in and really enhances the soup. I have also tried throwing in bok choy, but the shape didn’t really jell well with the rest of the soup.
I’m surprised to hear people don’t like Discourse, I really enjoy the layout and find following threads much easier than a traditional forum. Maybe it’s because I was never really into traditional forums lol
Miso soup… I usually throw in a block of frozen udon to make it more of a meal
what the fuck all my domains were on Google Domains. Maaaan.
Is there a registrar people recommend?
I’m so excited, the store page on steam includes information about the first expansion, we’re going to get draw bridges!
