At my company I start all new projects without a framework. I try to write things in templated backend frameworks with no javascript on the frontend. If I need javascript, I try to use web components, styled with modular css in the shadow dom.

However, this sometimes requires an absurd amount of build tool configuration with webpack in order to get static asset and typescript loading working just perfectly. I end up kind of just writing my own framework instead

Hoping this results in more people writing 3D games from scratch

Need to reorganize liberal politics from the ground up. Liberals need to justify their existence and the value of their policies at the city and state level and use that to build a national brand. Democrats in federal government seem to be totally unwilling to push their agenda in deference to political norms, but in my state they get quite a lot done when they’re in power

Every one of these federated apps needs a strong meme feed. Just an endless stream of shitposts and funny content. Doesn’t need to be doomscrolling, just needs to be a constantly available source of low effort junk food content
