Happened to think of this today and found this site
Scroll down to the Browser Geolocation section, expand it, and click Start Test. It prompted me as expected and returned the correct data.
If FF isn’t the problem, maybe there’s a recent bug in a commonly used js framework? 🤷♂️
FWIW, I checked the pi-hole and there doesn’t appear to be any contemporaneous blocks for my phone when attempting to share location. (I wouldn’t think that would be necessary for location sharing but I’ve been surprised before.)
I also checked to see if Android shows that the location was accessed by the FF app and it does. It’s just not making it to the page for whatever reason.
I’ll report back if I discover anything more.
Something must be broken right now. I noticed this problem recently on the AQI site (link below). Popup does nothing. Going through the lock icon menu can change it from block to allow, but the site still doesn’t get the location.
Do you have a pi-hole? After I set mine up, suddenly YouTube stopped remembering my history until I allowed the right domain. Maybe this is the same sort of problem? I’ll try to check that today.
There was a lot of coverage of it back at the beginning of July. Wish I’d paid more attention then haha.

Google’s official position is “contact us” which I did today, but they wouldn’t tell me whether it would cost me or not without sending them a video of the problem, which rubbed me the wrong way. I know my phone is out of warranty now but the manufacturer broke this with their own update. Probably no more Google hardware for me. 😐

Wouldn’t USB debugging have to be enabled on the device for that to work?
I only have the two options, Try Again and Factory Data Reset. The first just reboots the device and I return to the same two options. The second asks for a confirmation, then it shows an error (/system/bin/tune2fs is missing) and takes me to the “dead droid” screen briefly, after which it reboots and we’re back to the same two options.
I have already said “goodbye google” and “hello moto”, but long story short I had to factory reset my old Pixel 6 last night and ran smack dab into this:

What’s a long time? I literally scheduled a pickup last year for a pre-paid label and it was free. Anyway, another commenter seemed to say that it’s the shipper’s choice whether they cover the home pickup or not.
Sure and I’ll probably do that on Monday. Just another pain in the butt.

I’m shipping using a pre-paid label. Pre-PAID. And they used to let you schedule pickups for free, as I said. It’s not like they come straight to your house. They can come by any time during business hours on the day you schedule.
But I don’t think you care about any of that. Whatever is wrong that makes you this way, I hope your life improves.
Fair but we don’t get regular deliveries via UPS. Most everything we get comes USPS or occasionally FedEx.

Just had my yearly car maintenance at the local VW shop. They’ve started passing on the credit card processing fees to the customer. It’s only like 3 or 4%, but it made me use a debit card instead of a CC. Guess that’s where we’re at now.
I get the sense that a lot of commenters here never had an openmailbox dot org experience.
I hear you, though I think this is less about education and more about getting folks to fork over $9.99 a month. Like so many others, I’ve a long frustrating relationship with Microsoft. They’re literally the largest company in world atm and they just keep laying off people. I don’t hate them quite as much as EA or Comcast, but it’s getting pretty close.
