6·1 month agoI hear what you’re saying but I’d say the letter is more to hold government to account than anything else. On both sides.
As in- this is what is happening, we see it, hold fast on commitments you’ve made. If you don’t it’ll be obvious to see.
Publicly ‘calling out’ both parties so attention is brought to the result of the talks is a good thing.
9·1 month agoI do tend to agree. As someone with little international politics accumen, is anyone able to explain why Israel has this seeming ‘untouchable’ status? Or at least why countries are so reticent in their calling out of Israel’s atrocities?
The aim is not to punish Israel…
