It’s ADHD bait. When I am on my meds, I get a dopamine hit every time I progress or solve something.
Actually that’s a pretty distinct possibility
Option 4: trump and the GOP in general still views his assassination attempt as the danger you have to live with to live in a “free nation”. It’s the cost of freedom. Something something “just because i got shot doesn’t mean taking everyone’s rights away is a good idea”
Growing up in texas, this is a very common view.
Steam support usually makes exceptions for situations like this.
Also that account is BRAND NEW, as in less than a day.
Individual lawmakers have personal values and agendas. Humans are chaotic contradictions cloaked in a semblance of order.
Pretty much this for me too. Switched to iphone because I no longer wanted to tinker, switched my work laptop to apple silicon because the battery life and performance is stellar.
Learned to be fine with mac os, do most things in terminal anyway. Will likely switch to asahi linux when it is stable enough that I don’t have to tinker, because tinkering gets in the way of actually getting things done in my situation.
Also, being real: running LLMs on my mac is great. 128gb of unified memory basically means 120gb of vram. It’s absurdly expensive, but nothing quite like it exists in the market right now.

I have a roommate who used gitlab. apparently the current ownership is extremely profit motivated, and they still respond to DMCA takedowns.
No real upside except microsoft not owning them. Can’t even actually subscribe monthly last I’ve heard. Like, they show a per-month price, but you still have to do annual payments.

This is likely just a stopgap solution for a niche audience.
Their ipads and macbooks use usb-pd, and their chargers provide it. Not a guarantee, but a decent sign.
Find me a reasonably priced 70” monitor and i will hail you as the next coming of christ. That is the holy grail for me.
I prefer to leave it plugged in when the lithium battery inevitably dies, since replacement is annoying and difficult.
I leave my trackpad plugged in for the same reason. I need my mouse to not be another device that needs babysitting.
As an owner of a few apple magic mice and two of the giant trackpads, fuck everything about placing the charging port on the UNDERSIDE OF THE MOUSE. apple, there is a perfectly good location for the port. Front towards pc. Period. Put a usb-c cable there and let me use it while charging.
I actually prefer the older ones that run on AAs for my print room mac.
All that being said, razer naga pro for gaming. Loads of buttons, lots of macros.
Open registration is part of the problem.
Linux on m1 is mostly exciting for gaming when the gpu drivers progress IMO. my m1 macbook is primarily a work machine, but it holds up fine for mobile gaming. Ffxiv is already a great experience in mac os, but more games compatibility is exciting!
Objection: assuming facts not in evidence.
I wouldn’t personally use chatGPT ,or any language model for that matter, if factual information is the goal.
DDG has been my go-to recently, but mostly because I’m jaded with current year data harvesting and such. The internet feels like such a hassle these days .-.
It makes sense if you are a telecom company that refuses to upgrade infrastructure to handle more subscribers.
