3·29 days agoI used to wear white vinyl gloves when shoveling snow for a previous job and when we were done my hands were always wrinkled and soaking wet. Never bothered me much though. Wasn’t much I could do about it either because it was either sweaty hands or cold wet hands from snow getting my gloves wet.
Same, but it was a woman instead of drugs.
Oh, it’s been quite a minute since I watched so I don’t remember much about the characters, and since, well, I had to do a hard reset on my brain after watching it.
I try to involve myself in what she’s into. We have a really tight bond because of this.
We’re both super into Hazbin Hotel. I know she’s technically young for it, but I took the time to make sure she understands the concepts in the show and what it all means.
I watched it all because my 11 year old was going on about it. Turns out I watched more than she had. So, I dunno.
6·2 months agoThey are even smart enough to dip into the nostalgia crowd who liked the older versions better with the classic servers.
Don’t give them that much credit. They just started providing a service (finally) that the private servers were providing. People were asking for vanilla servers from them even when BC was live.

My “step-dad” used to sit as close as he could to the smoking section in restaurants and would try to fight anyone that lit up.
Childhood was fun.

3·3 months agoOh, it’s got other issues than that, but the crackling is the most unnerving.
Some of the audio from my Jellyfin media player (flatpak) just hasn’t been playing. So I check Helvum and sometimes it just doesn’t even patch it over. I got the deb of JMP installed and that seems to have made it behave, but the maintainer of JMP hasn’t made that easy with all sorts of weird patches and junk.
My only issue with pulse audio was that I had to open Pulse effects each time I restarted my computer because it wouldn’t auto load the settings.
Nah, it would just circumvent them.
They should just stay mostly hidden as they are now. I was harassed 3 times while using kbin for my voting habits. When I brought it up to ernest, him and mostly everyone else defended it, even though at the time I was actively being annoyed by someone.
It’ll make less people vote in the long run and will scare people off.
Nothing worse than hopping on something I do for leisure to realize that thread I voted on a week ago has now come back to bite me in the ass because the OP decided to go on a crusade and harass everyone that downvoted them.
