I love making my own bumbus en pastes for curry’s, I have an Indonesian oelekan for that, but. Home grown produce, that is awesome. I made a red curry today with sea fruit and crab, had to go to a store for all the ingredients, a lot of them like lime leaves, thai basil, lemongrass, galanga out of the freezer.

Yeah that was brilliant, had to look it up though. Then I recalled watching that at my grandparents house back in the 70s.

No, I clean the cats shithouse all the time.
