3·19 days agoI’m also interested in this. Haven’t gotten around to deleting my stuff. Some of the things I’ve posted over the years can be useful to me, so I wanna keep them.
This promo aside, it’s ridiculous that people are okay with paying and still seeing ads (and to think of it, it’s been like this since the days of cable).
A free to use but ad-supported tier is totally understandable, but the way we have it today is borderline absurd.
22·2 months agoSyncthing ftw. As soon as I plug my phone into a charger, it starts syncing everything to my NAS. Even if it’s not charging, I can override the rule and force it to sync.
7·3 months agoThe only argument I see in favour of office time is if your home situation doesn’t allow you to focus - family, kids and so on, or if you deliberately want a physical separation and you don’t have a dedicated office space at home.

Basic financial education is a tough one.
What’s more absurd is that there are people willing to pay that.
I know this is satire, but part of me is afraid that it might not be.
Joke aside, curious about what the percentage distribution is on those. I won’t be surprised if the first two together have like 90% or more.
I’d be a bit worried if this isn’t someone who’s just being sarcastic.

I don’t know what platform this is, but such a review should be moderated in some way. If an employee treats you badly during normal service, then fine, it’s justified to drop a negative review, but if you’re as incompetent as to be unable to understand that nobody is obliged to serve you outside of the stated working hours, it’s entirely your problem and it shouldn’t affect the rating of the establishment.
