The issue I have with Hoopla is that you can’t read on an ereader as far as I can tell. You need to read books through their app on your phone. I much prefer e-ink so I avoid Hoopla if I can

If you’re good at math and good at explaining math, then statistics/analytics is a good way to go. You’ll probably need a degree though.

Pharma/medical device companies, especially in new development need people to run the numbers from their experiments and then communicate to the higher ups and the business people “what do those numbers mean?”

Consulting for new drug development can be stressful, but it’s interesting as you’re constantly learning about new treatments and therapies.

Any stats/analytics field should be similar. All of the business grads know that numbers and data are important, but they need someone to interpret them and explain to them what they are seeing.

Are they always there? Looks like they are getting ready to hang a curtain around it before painting it, or some other type of maintenance.

I mean, simple file should already be a thing, and the IRS would prefer it be easier for everyone to file. But h&r block and turbotax have lobbied heavily against it because they’d lose money with easier filing. One way to make things more streamlined and efficient would be to get rid of middle men and focus on making internal systems better.

But this administration wants the internal systems to be broken and needlessly complex so that they can outsource it to their preferred middle men so that they all make a lot more money.

Finally got my first full clear this morning, and I’ve gotten 2 more since then. I’ve now gotten all of the achievements and I just completed a 2 stamp game!

It’s very possible to defeat the dragon. I can do it pretty regularly after a day of heavy playing. Getting the achievements is tougher. And I still haven’t gotten a clean wipe yet (I’ve been 1 tile away twice though)

Their wealth has only increased while our buying power has gone down.

I mentioned this in a comment last week and was called a sexist for not supporting women, because I dared to say a Cheney endorsement was bad for Dems.

This has nothing to do with her gender. In fact, I just said ‘a Cheney.’ Dick Cheney also supported Kamala and that made people want to vote for her even less than Liz did. The fact that Kamala’s positions are so far to the right that known war hawk Dick Cheney threw his support behind her is a BAD thing for a lot of left wing voters.

We weren’t talking about people who voted for Trump instead of Kamala. We are talking about 15 million people who didn’t show up because there was no one running that supported their values.

So some people felt they had no one to vote for.

Right, “did Biden drop out” had a spike as seen in the first picture below. It’s hard to tell magnitude. When comparing to another phrase, it’s easy to see that the spike wasn’t even close to the spike for another election day phrase: ‘who is Kamala?’

“Literally don’t do it” is a 65 and you have the rest of the grading period to make up or redo any assignment up until the last day. So basically, float through 9 weeks doing nothing, then cram in the easiest assignments after school during the last week to get a passing grade.
