I think the T480 is a great deal but be aware of the Thunderbolt firmware issues. It’s fixable if the firmware is not yet fully corrupted and if the firmware is up to date it shouldn’t be a problem, but I’m dealing with a dead thunderbolt chip on mine right now and it’s terrible

I completely agree, but don’t forget that WebKit exists too on Mac and Linux with about the same market share as Firefox (at least based on w3school’s stats). Chrome/Blink dominate but all hope is not lost and there are more options, they’re just small. I think focusing on embracing Firefox/Gecko as it has so much momentum and community already is the most productive way forward though

Google pay might work to look at your cards or something, but if you try to pay for something with your phone you’ll find that the tap-to-pay is disabled because of Google’s safety net bs.
