They are an embarrassment to Americans.
I am a 31-year-old gay man who loves technology, sim racing, and spending time with my husband, cat, and dog. I spent 12 years working as an automotive technician and recently changed careers to IT. Now I am working to finish my Cybersecurity degree.

Same. I have a PiHole on my home network and it blocks the ads in Sync. I still see the empty box where the ad would be though. If I am out of the house the only way I can get that ad blocking back is by connecting to my home VPN server.
Personally, I think the app is absolutely fine without paying for the subscription. I really don’t see too many ads. I get an average of one ad for every two refreshes of the feed when scrolling through, and none of them have been obtrusive. It’s certainly night and day when compared to the ads in the official Reddit app.
No, not at all. I am really fond of Material You. I think it is a nice mix of modern and playful. The colors are great too. I seek out applications that adhere to the material you standards and allow for using system colors. I have a Pixel 7 and a Pixel Watch. I’m excited to see what Material You looks like on the watch when the Wear OS 4 update comes.
I am too. I really hope they at least make a compromise to allow third-party apps to function. I have spent years on Reddit, and I find it enjoyable for the most part. The amount of information on that site is incredible too. If it continues down the Twitter road it will be sorely missed.
Haha, true!
r/Fedora and r/ThinkPad. Those are the two I spent the most time in. I will also really miss my guilty pleasure subreddits like r/gaystoriesgonwild, r/Twinks, and r/GayKink. Haha.
I can make different rules based on the device group with PiHole.
