PWA = Web application. It’s not “installed” on your device like an App Store app

TestFlight = Apps are installed in your device like any other app from the App Store

Basically, do you identify as your birth gender (not sex, gender and sex are different)? If the answer is yes, you are “cis”. If the answer is no, like I my case, I was born female, I identify as a male, then you are are trans.

Been using Memmy and it’s very nice. The dev just added themes this morning (heavily under work) and he’s very responsive to bug reports. As others said you’ll need TestFlight to try it out. Cheers!
