Did you read the entire post? They clearly state multiple times that re-releasing would be fine too. They’re saying if the companies aren’t planning to do anything why not just set stuff to free there’s no harm on the older consoles for doing so. If they release them on say the switch or Xbox we can atleast purchase them to have fun. Look at pokemon the entire community wants to play the old games but aren’t able to unless they buy from a private seller.

You gotta start doing it with a bunch of smaller less important things. We started with things like bed time 7pm was lights out not the start or getting ready. We started around age 3 or 4 and after probably 6 months it really sunk in. When planning to leave the house we would give a 45m warning and since day 1 we never had issues. The new AI rollout hasn’t been so kind to those who wanna just update and go about our day. I know for me the update alone took 10m then another 10 to go through the tutorial for each of the new features. The security updates aren’t bad along with minor tweets to some features but there’s times where they add something and it moves something in the drop down menu.
