Unfortunately some people are creeps. The University of Toronto had to partially reverse their all-gender shower policy shortly after implementing it.
The more I learn about nuclear the less it makes sense. It’s a great source of energy but it’s complex and expensive to maintain. Solar, wind, hydro and geothermal are simple and becoming cheaper by the day. It’s hard to imagine a scenario in which we ever require more energy than those combined could provide.
Except chiropractors also occasionally maim and murder people.
Interesting tidbit: in the Netherlands all schools are publicly funded, including religious ones.
They were rebuilt to be more permanent for the Hobbit movies.
The video responds much better than I could. But in short, Gary doesn’t believe the housing prices to fall until the rich are taxed more. So get in soon if you can, it’s only going to get worse.
Might be wrong, who knows. I’m not able to buy a house currently anyways so I’d have to wait either way.
