I was just listening to an explanation of this effectively fake bit of information this morning. Basically, at least in MA and other states like it, both dems and republicans saw a drop in registration because registrations work differently now. Where registrations are automatic, they don’t default to a party affiliation and you have to actively select such, which most people aren’t going to do. As a result, an absolutely enormous proportion of registrations are now unaffiliated and BOTH parties are more or less taking a hit–however, because Dems get more registrations historically anyway and many of those are now no longer going in to register just party affiliation, they seem disproportionately hit. End of the day, not much is really changing that we can understand from the voting registrations, but we’ll see what happens in the midterms.

That could very well be noise. Autism rates have gone up because more people are checked and, far more importantly, what is diagnosed as autism spectrum disorder has expanded GREATLY in even just the last decade. The greatest increase in rates, by an enormous factor, has occurred in those with very mild to borderline symptoms, the rates of more severe disabilities having effectively been static.

Chicago is not DC and I honestly think they’re going to get the violence they’re probably looking for, but i don’t think it will go as well for them as they expect. But anyone who supports and facilitates the current regime deserves a pension plan of a five foot rope and a spot along a bridge so oh well.

No, this is just a really stupid headline. The ITC is specifically a body that bars products found to be infringing from importation into the US market. It cannot allow award damages but the bar can be circumvent by a deal with the patent owner. This is literally the function of this particular body.

Folks like Lander and Sanders regularly speak out about Israeli atrocities. Myriad organizations like JVP, INN, and more are among the most active organized voices trying to get this shit to stop. Bunds are popping up literally all over the world and fundamentally anti-Zionist and most stand in solidarity with Palestine. This narrative that Jews are silently condoning Israeli ethnosupremecist fascism is a made up one that serves only to benefit a minority of extremists and Zionists.

This parallel long predates Israel itself, or even the holocaust. In the early 20th century, there are many letters in yiddish, and other public statements fun within the Jewish community, that were sent to yiddish newspapers criticizing zionism for using parallel language to “Hitlerism” and similar movements that were spreading across Europe.

Immigration judges aren’t judicial judges, they are what are called administrative judges and do fall under the executive branch. That said, there is a lot of administrative law and procedure that is certainly still getting fucked by Trump/maga.

Do you understand that even just in the category of communism, there is an enormous gamut of different approaches, of which you only seem to understand a very specific one? God, why is the games industry so fucking illiterate when it comes to IP law. File a trademark opposition? They’re suing! File a patent application without issued claims or even substantive examination? They’ve patented it!
