Im Canadian and I heard that some people in NY were peddling the idea that mandatory halal food was going to be forced on all New Yorkers. It’s hilarious as a Canadian, I’ve never been to NY but all the way back to watching shows like Seinfeld and other shows from back in the day based in NY, they all talk about Staten Island like it’s a whole different breed of crazy over there.
