Glad to be in California, even if my vote isn’t going to matter thanks to electorial college. I still have to vote on propositions and other down ballet stuff, but it’s a simple walk to a drop box. We get quick confirmation and votes remain sealed until counted to prevent tampering, so it’s pretty safe to mail it or drop it off. Also still counts if it’s postmarked on time, although I do late that it’ll be a week before we really know results.
That said, if you can go early voting in person, it’s probably more reliable in many other states with less protections. I heard USPS may be unreliable and if you can’t get confirmation via email or text, it’s hard to know if it’s received.
