Supreme Court rejects Green Party bid to appear on Nevada presidential ballot

The Green Party said its presidential nominee, Jill Stein, was excluded from the ballot only because the Nevada secretary of state’s office gave it the wrong form to fill out.

Additionally, note how it’s Trump’s own Jay Sekulow that is representing them.
