he heads of the Israeli security and intelligence services told Netanyahu at the meeting on Wednesday that time is running out to reach a deal and emphasized that delay and insistence on certain positions in the negotiations could cost the lives of hostages, a senior Israeli official said.

    My hot take:

    Whatever benefits Bibi is usually what happens. As an outsider, it seems like conflict keeps him in office, so something will coincidentally happen to make this fall through… probably.

      doesn’t help that the current president is such a simp that he’s been caught, lying to the president’s face; and yet that president is still willing to tolerate- and in fact militarily defend- genocide.

      guess 4 million in campaign contributions buys a lot of loyalty.

      Because Iran says they’ll attack if the talks don’t work, and Sinwar wants that so this is the easiest way for him to cause it
