As someone who works in the industry: I get it.
Literally the ONLY way this could have been prevented was if the CUSTOMER shot FIRST! And literally the ONLY way to prevent THAT scenario is if the Worker shot the CUSTOMER first so this shooting ACTUALLY prevented a shooting! And there’s LITERALLY nothing else that could have happened in this country!
The customer definitely shouldn’t have brought a car to a gun fight.
She threw a drink at the customers as they were leaving and people in here are all on board. Then she escalated to shooting at them.
She deserves every day of prison she’ll get.
She does, it just doesn’t make sense in the context of prior cases involving “stand your ground.”
It baffles me that there are plenty of other cases where the victim was running away before being shot at and on those cases the public perception is split as to whether it was justified or not.
