For the third straight day, a New York appeals court has rejected an attempt by Donald Trump’s lawyers to delay the former president’s hush money criminal trial.
He’s losing so much. The other day a man came up to him, tears streaming down his face. He says, “please, sir! You’ve got to stop losing. I’m a Democrat and I can only get so erect!”
One of the things that they are filling frivolous motions about are a procedural order to limit a flood of last-minute frivolous filings to try to delay the case.
They can’t really tell him to STFU because that would give him actual grounds for appeal, but they can enforce established deadlines to file stuff. Like the deadline to consider immunity that past a long time ago, which lets them immediately reject the claim now.
I like how they’re responding to the flood of shit basically instantly. No more leeway, no more delays. He has to fucking go to trial.
At what point do they decide he’s being frivolous and tell him to shut the fuck up?
