Thank you. Yes, we were craving a soup as well, and it’s on the side, to be served in smaller bowls. Shiro misō, a little chicken stock and a hint of dashi, soy sauce, a hint of lemon juice for acidity, shiitake mushrooms, konbu and carrots. No noodles though, and not traditional. Maybe saying Miso soup would be more correct.
