Fediverse has seen some insane expansion recently and I’d hope there’s some talented devs in amongst the influx, so they should get it working at some point.
You can follow any Mastodon account as an RSS feed so that would be two in one.
Separate question, but can’t you follow Mastodon profiles on Lemmy?
