The Second Circuit declined to vote to rehear Trump's appeal, leaving the Supreme Court as the last possible stop for the former president.

Trump could say he’s a fish and we’d just watch him flounder.

He’d probably sign an Executive Order to continue building a border wall. Who cares, Biden’s doing the same thing.
