I am in your account you can tell because I sent it as you!” thing. It was a good laugh

I’ve gotten one of these before but they did some weird spoofing thing that made the email appear to come from my own email address, and they did this “aha see! I am in your account you can tell because I sent it as you!” thing.
It was a good laugh
