Not sure if these overlap with your current go-to’s, but here’s a couple of ways I season my roasted potatoes. Assume all are drizzled heavily in olive oil:

    • Cajun seasoning (unsure of specific ingredients, but sold in a shaker as just “Cajun seasoning”)
    • Black, red, and green peppers, salt, garlic, onion, parsley, paprika (often sold premixed in a grinder as “Steakhouse seasoning”)
    • Rosemary, black/red pepper, garlic, onion, dried tomato flakes, parsley (often sold premixed in a grinder as “Italian herb”)
    • Salt, pepper, and basil

Fair warning: I’ll eat literal cardboard if you put enough olive oil and basil on it.

Cajun seasoning will likely consist of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper. I’ll toss some cumin in there too, mostly because I toss cumin in anything I can.

Sounds about right for the flavor profile. I didn’t want to guess since it didn’t break down the specific ingredients on the jar. Thanks for that!

Rosemary sweet potatoes were surprisingly good.

One russets, bake/fry/air fry with salt, pepper, onion ppwder. Then toss with minced garlic, parsley, & parmesan.

Thyme and rosemary, some butter or olive oil. Depending on who’s eating them, some hot sauce and/or fresh garlic. Add some carrots or parsnips, squash or other root vegetable.

I always use this recipe of roasted sweet potatoes and apples for Thanksgiving and Christmas, tossing them in maple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and pepper. You could probably scale down the dressing and do it for just sweet potatoes, and it would still be good. I can tell you from experience that it is DELICIOUS.

Just did cumin, chili powder, cracked black pepper and salt for my lunch tacos. Tossed them with olive oil and used the mesh rack for my air fryer/convection. Perfecto.
