      Soviet-style wreckage of agriculture by the government was on the Putin “to do” list.

      At least the Ural-Siberian method actually had a reason to be implemented and the NEP/capitalist alternative was a disaster.

      America meanwhile already has a working agriculture system and Trump is just shredding it needlessly to pieces.
