I get that these kind of illegal wild vendor cart can be considered dangerous considering how easy it can be to conceal a bomb inside of it.

FYI it was the same in Afghanistan. Every obstacle/object on or near the road could be a high potential threat.

Bruh ramed into it out of frustration because of the lack of local authority control there… Cause there is none… At least none willing to adresse these kind of hasards…
