  • I saw a video about a support group for NK defectors in SK.

The main reasons for some people regret leaving NK were:

    • They were born and raised in a rural environment without any technology and in SK you must know to use a digital device for almost all jobs.
    • They miss family, friends, their environment, etc. They are now in a very strange place without the people from their lives.
    • Some are treated as second class citizens, targeted cause being tech illiterate and having a noticeable different accent.

  • The product is real, is a chastity lock and is a sex stuff, usually by dommes on her submissive partners.

And about the veracity of the review, I don’t know, I hope it is fake, but I remember reading many years ago a case were a woman was charged with child abuse for putting anal plugs on her son “to avoid the devil entering the child’s body through the anus”.

  • Apart from the basic learning at the beginning when I didn’t knew anything it is helpful to grasp some basic things and see if I wanted to invest more time and resources.

Now my current method to learn is with proper classes and use Anki to solidify the material I’ve been taught.

Duolingo’s only purpose right now is to learn some new vocabulary and to not lose practice, the friend streaks, and the friend quest is what even in the days that I’m totally unmotivated forces me to not abandon practicing.

I would love to move elsewhere but I’ll lost the only thing that helps me to keep on focus.

  • Sorry to burst some peoples dreams.

The castle in the photo needs restoration, which is hugely expensive compared to restoring a house.

I don’t know about Romania, but in other European countries historic buildings are required to be maintained by the owner and it is restricted what they can do.

In Spain if the castle/palace is considered as a good of cultural interest, the restrictions are even higher. You cannot do activities that can damage it, like converting it into an hotel or restaurant. Also required to allow the public to visit it for free, at least four days each month.

  • Does this count? https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2014/jun/08/the-dolphin-who-loved-me

Instead, he encouraged Lovatt to press on with teaching Peter English. But there was something getting in the way of the lessons. “Dolphins get sexual urges,” says the vet Andy Williamson, who looked after the animals’ health at Dolphin House. “I’m sure Peter had plenty of thoughts along those lines.”

“Peter liked to be with me,” explains Lovatt. “He would rub himself on my knee, or my foot, or my hand. And at first I would put him downstairs with the girls,” she says. But transporting Peter downstairs proved so disruptive to the lessons that, faced with his frequent arousals, it just seemed easier for Lovatt to relieve his urges herself manually.
