“We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media. Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections – we’re going to come after you,” Patel said on a podcast hosted by another former Trump adviser, Steve Bannon.
“Whether it’s criminally or civilly, we’ll figure that out. But yeah, we’re putting you all on notice,” Patel added. “We’re actually going to use the Constitution to prosecute them for crimes they said we have always been guilty of but never have.”
It’s worth noting that Patel is extreme as people loyal to Trump go — he seems interested in doing Trumps’ bidding, rather than what’s required by law or what’s right.

No that’s too useful. It will be dead in practice when it’s aimed at non-Reich wing media, but it will be touted by the SCOTUS as cornerstone of our dumbocracy when it’s applicable to protecting that same Reich wing media.
We’ll just continue to live in the same world of a multi tiered mockery of a “justice” system. They just don’t need to be quiet about it anymore, they learned they can literally do whatever the fuck they want and nothing will happen to them.
So are the ones who were supposed to defend it.
