The DEA whose head Biden appointed decided to wait until the next president could block it?

I wonder if Biden ran it by Joe Manchin or the senate parliamentarian first.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
