I cant remember the last time I had a good corned beef… god my mouth is watering.
Aaaand now I have to go to Schwartz’s Deli tomorrow. I live 5 minutes away and I haven’t been in ages.
Genuine question, is that not just too much meat too be enjoyable? Do you open it up and take some out and eat it separately?
oh yea a lot of it will spill, but it’s one of those things that are so good - you make sure to clean up
A good corned beef sandwich is supposed to be filled like this. Every flavor in it is very bold, and it’s usually served with a pickle to give you something acidic to give you some relief. Obviously with this size this isn’t something you’d want to eat often, but yes it’s supposed to be consumed like this.
